My oldest daughter and her family came down for Christmas...she found me five old HRMs and 2 R&C on ebay, the first one I opened was January 62, with Dean Lowe's red roadster pickup on the cover....took me back years ago when he drove it out to the Powerine Station in Pasadena and I got to sit in it, very worthy cover car.
Our big thing was the new HDTV. We got it a couple weeks ago though. Little stuff this year. Some DVDs, CDs, shirt, lounge pants, calendars, clock radio. Oh and a colonoscopy. The prep the night before wasn't fun but the knock out drops were nice. For about 10 seconds...nighty night..
What did I get??? A call on Thursday the 23rd that I was chosen for an opening with the Santa Clara County VTA(Bus Operator) I also got to spend it with the most amazing Woman I've ever met that is "in" to the same things I am! We started dating last Month and things are going great! So a new Job AND a new Woman...Santa REALLY took care of me!!!
More slip covers to protect The Rodders Journal collection + the usual "stuff". Mainly enjoyed the day with family & friends. REALLY enjoyed my afternoon nap!!!
I recieved new hood,fender extensions,and hood rockets for the 150 from the parents!!! I asked my beautiful girl to marry me in front of the whole family!!!! Best christmas ever!!!

Well I got lots of socks, and I got layed. Pretty much expected both but now my back hurts. Musta been the socks. Neat stuff Groucho.
Santa brought me the Rex Burnett prints from TRJ and a chrome Model A deluxe windshield frame for my A roadster. Plus a wonderful, happy, healthy huge family that was all home for Christmas!

My girls got everything they wanted and then some. All the wife wanted was to get her hair and nails did (for the whole year) uber pricey, but she's worth it, and I got a new car cover for the '54, a Harbor Freight gift card, and a set of KYB Gas-a-Just Shocks. Oh, and I gave my brother-in-law a beating and blackeye for being a drunk asshole on Xmas eve.
i got some of those repro finned alum. valve covers, and cut a roof off a maverick to fill my roof in.
I got to spend my first Christmas with my daughter and wife. I missed my daughters first because of deployments. Shes almost two and I think she had more fun unwrapping the gifts than enjoying what was in them. Either way it was the best gift I could ask for.
