Patina-fied Door Lettering ?? MD/PA area

I have a '66 F-100 with a nice weathered paint job and some "patina". I'd like to letter this thing up like a shop truck with the hand painted lettering matching the rest of the truck. Is there anyone in the MD. / southern PA. area that could handle this for me. Has anyone already used someone in this area for something similar? I have an idea of what I want I just need someone to do it for me. Thanks
