Help Identifying a Car England 1960's

Hi Guy's,

I was going through some old 35mm slides that were my dads that he took in the 60's. They are pictures of my grandad with a couple of cars. One was my dads first new car a Mk1 MG Midget and the other car I have never seen before. These were taken in England if that helps.

It sure is , I had one of those a wild little car 4cyl 4sp on the tree. I had it running it needed a lot of parts, the only place to get them was shipping them from Germany . I wrote to a guy sent him my list no problem right?
The shipping was 10 times the price of the parts. This was back in the 80's

 

There's one in a junkyard out here in NJ....I eyeball it all the time but its pretty far gone
