Ok guys does this make me out to be a cheep ****?? I have the money now for the 52.Going to have it dragged home in the next few days.But this is how I did it. Now I said at the start that I thought that the price of $500 was a bit much but you guys set me straight on that idea. But being true to my cheep self I went into my stash of parts that I have gather up over the years and placed a pile of ads on our local cl***ifieds.Now many of these items or should I say most of these items I pick up for free here and there over the years. Most of which are not even hot rod parts. Well sold almost all this free items in just a few days. Have enough now for the chevy. So getting to my point.If i buy this chevy with money I made of parts i got for free does that mean the 52 was free!!!LOL It is worse that I`m getting!! I`ll post some pics what I get it to the shop.

Really, I think that's the same guy I spoke with , he said he was waiting on a guy but gave up on him and he'll go ahead and ship it to Oklahoma FREE!!! LOL

Well you can all stop raging on my cause the 52 is home at the shop. Need to go through the car and look to see what I have.with what I seen so far the parts i want are not bad. I made another score from the owner of the 52.Got to go back this weekend and get a 1957 Hemi Not sure of size engine but it is complete carb to base pan.It was in a 1957 5 ton truck.
Fitzee's 52 score will easily hurry up his project as there is some mighty fine parts there. Great score for the cash. And the Hemi....well that is the ultimate bonus as it will see life once again instead of being left to sit. I think it was a karma day for sure. And it was a ton of fun to watch Fitzee's day get spun out of control while he was toying over the goodies that will be organ donors on the FLATLINER!
No There were two. one went for $100 the spring and the other I was keeping a eye too for years and I find out it was crushed. It had a full frame with a straight axles in it. Was a local car build in the late 70s and was never finished. Car sat outside for 25+ years. Was crushed last year.
Yes Spun out of control is the right words for it too. Did little or nothing on customers cars all day cause of this thing. But I needed to get my fix. I`ll have another one the weekend when i get that hemi home.lol
