Street Rodder did an article on a reproduction "Ansen" hanging/firewall pedals using the 60/62 Chev/GMC Cyl. The phone # they gave is 866 877 1932 is "All circuts are busy now, please try again later"!!! Been trying it for 3 days now. Does anyone have a good # for them? Has anyone used their reproduction unit? How did you like it? Etc. Looks just like the "Ansen", need one for future project. Thanx, Dave
Got mine from the "Hot Rod Company". Its an Ansen repro. Here's the link. http://www.thehotrodcompany.com/shopnow/show_item.asp?product_id=vtsp2
I found this number for them on the internet. I have not called it yet. 405-813-1932 I am interested in using a set of these as well in my build. Let us know if you order one.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280354802744 This is an old auction, but it looks like they sell the on Ebay as well. You should be able to get in touch with them there as well. They are probably out of stock since the street rodder article.
I got mine from them and am very happy. The number I have is 405-813-1932. Mine was a complete ***embly with remanufactured M/C. I am using it on a g***er project.
I got mine from Eric @ Riley Automotive. Price was considerably less than either of those referenced above.

Man, these LUCKYS pedals are gorgeous, if not for being just a tad too close together, but that is easily fixable. DD

Here's the article: http://www.flamingriver.com/pdf/swingin_pedals.pdf The phone # is (405) 813-1932 Had no trouble reaching them last Friday. I have no affiliation to Reno but I found them to be a pleasure to deal with.
Im making em too. these are a bit beefier than the tardel pedals, 3/8 swing arm, they have stops built into em also. i sell em with out the master, you can usually get em at the parts store for $50 to $100 depending on a reman or new, the reman number is 10-34404 cardone Were at the moment but well be making some soon.
? for ya,the reno pedals are like the ansen with no pedal stops,do you think there really nessesery?they look very nice

Sorry for resurrecting an old thread, but I just tabbed up a similar setup for my '33 truck. I got a new '61 clutch/brake master cylinder and noticed that the "clutch" and "brake" bores are backwards to what they need to be. Is the fix as simple as removing the built-in residual valve on the brake bore and putting it into the other bore? Weird that chevy used an intricate swing pedal reversed actuation. Anyone have a pic of the original pedal ***embly that shows the original design? I'm curious what it's all about. Thanks.
Yep, just pull the insides out and switch it over. My dad told me that some of the bigger gm trucks had the same style master under the floor in earlier years so they must have just adapted it to the 60-62s JEFF
where can i find pushrods for these? i have a set of tardel's, and a m/c on the way. but the pedals dont come with pushrods, and neither does the m/c.
youll have to make some, the problem lies with the length of the clevis, usually a 3/8 clevis is about 2" long, i searched for short clevis' for my pedal ***emblies that were about 1" long and then just took a 3/8 by (X) long bolt and cut the head off and had pushrods. That why tardells pedal are cheap, they arent complete, also look at the thickness of the material of the arms and make sure you feel they are strong enough, theres alot of force put on a brake pedal and i wouldnt want em to bend!
