    Hi Guys,
I have an old friends looking for info his grandfather and uncle. They used to race at Hatfeild Pa back in the 60's. They we're the Hanley Brothers. Don't know if they drove thier own cars or had someone driving for them. Any help would be appreciated.

After the snow last night I had some time to scan some pictures of the restoration I did on the # 77 Coupe. The car was originally the # 99 Pinto driven at Danbury by Bob Reilly. The car was built by Jake Vellieux in Norwalk, CT. After Danbury the car was sold and driven as the # 13 at Waterford Speedbowl. It sat for many years on top of a storage container on the coast of CT. The car was purchased and the restoration started by Jimmy Ridldle from Orange, CT. Jimmy installed the coupe body on the car which is why I restored it as the # 77. Jimmy died suddenly and I purchased the car from the family.

With the help of my son Kory and Tom Stockwell (Chick's son) Tom did all of the paint and body work. This was only the second car Tom had ever painted. Everything on the car was brand new as the restoration progressed. I installed an SK motor built by Soltis Speed out of Torrington, CT.

After 4 years of having fun with the car I decided 12 years was enough. I had restored 3 cars. I sold the car to Rodd Raynor in upstate NY. Rodd sold the car to Larry Farrell also from upstae NY. Larry repainted the car as the V3. Larry sold the car off Ebay to someone from England. This is where the car is currently.

I forgot to mention that John Strand from New Milford, CT did the lettering on the car. John also did the lettering on my # 3 Jimmy Smith coupe.
