Well i just got the itch to start building my 58 apache that my pops got me 6 years ago. Theres alot i want to do but just need advice to steer me in the right direction. I work as a painter in Amarillo at Texas Body Shop. My mechanicing isnt impressive but i sure can lay paint. First question i have to ask is if im going to us a camaro front end what years are the best ones. I have a pretty scarey goal and that is to have it built for a car show in austin in april.
I appreciate the welcomes. Thought about it hard last night and decided to ship my front axle and have it modified to drop the front end and flip the rear. Id like it real low right now but i have to consider my time that i have for my goal in april. Maybe later ill consider going ifs up front. Im thinking of going with a 3/4 gmc fenders hood bumper and grill. I think they are ugly but i like ugly, ugly is cool.
