Discontinued by Ford a few years ago is what I am told. No aftermarket part stock type part. I think you will have to try an engine shop or junkyard.
You might call this place ~

You can get these from a company called Esslinger engineering, they make them out of billet and they are pretty pricey, there is no other aftermarket supply for these, if you are just looking for a stock one Pm me and I can hook ya up on that.

Lot's of circle track cars use the 2.3 Ford....you basically are looking for an "auxillary shaft" ...you'll need to specify if you need the carb type that has the fuel pump eccentric...the later EFI engines didn't use a block mounted fuel pump ,so the aux. shaft did not have the eccentric

Does anyone know if the EFI like a 1992 have the provisions in the block for a distributor?
OK i called my local Ford dealer he said he can get one even though they are discontinued.
he said some where out of Wisconsin?
anyways he said it will be $125.00 but if some has one cheaper or used i rather give my money to a HAMBer....
Also if i buy it used maybe you have the dizzy to match?
Or is anyone coming to Florida from Pennsylvania?
Clark has a motor for me but i have to get here to Florida...

Yes i realize this motor is not traditional but i need help to get the 999 back on the road..:(
