My 56 f100 was cut with a grinder, I didn't do it, but was told it was no big deal

Let us know how it works out. I may try cutting my own when I chop mine.

give street rods by michael in shelbyville a call. I'm sure he doesn't do it but he's been in the business for quite a while and he may know someone that can cut your gl***.

If it's so easy and fool proof, then why is it so hard to find someone to do it?

It's not an easy job, but not that bad either. I looked everywhere around my area for someone to cut mine. They all said they would try, but I buy all the gl*** if it breaks. Guys don't want to do curved gl***. I contacted Bob's Cl***ic Auto Gl*** in oregon info on here. He is a Great guy. Told me about a cutoff blade (diamond) and how to cut it. Son and I did it in about a half hour. The trick is slow p*** cuts and don,t let it get hot. My son was the water man constant water on the cut. Try an old gl*** 1st You use an air cutoff tool. I'll look for the blade and get you company info. Had a gl*** guy sand edges and install. Wolfman
