Sub Lease Space in your OC Industrial Space

Looking to sublease part of a shop/ industrial space in Orange California for personal use. I'm thinking about moving into the area and the house won't have space for my hot rod, bike or tools.

I'm a stand up guy who's willing to pay a decent price for the space, and pitch in on the power bill.

If your shop is hurting and you could use the extra $ or you have extra space going to waste shoot me a PM.
I'm willing to pay $500.00 a month for about 6 months if the space is worth it.

A word of advice...subleasing can bite you in the ***. I subleased my shop space, and less than 2 months later the person I was subleasing from was shut down by the city. Fortunately, I needed the extra space anyway, but otherwise I would have been forced to move out. Needless to say, the expense more than doubled, since I not only had to pay twice the rent, but pay for the deposits and hookup fees for all the utilities (which are no longer split).

 

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not looking to run a business from the space, just wanna help someone pay their rent and have a safe place to work on my project and park it there for a few months.
