Billetproof is back for its 3rd year in the great state of Texas. Come out to Giddings and take in some good BBQ, hot rods, burn-outs and killer music. We'll have some swap meet vendors selling all the rusty parts you can eat.

With the ****ty turnout from last year I dont think they get to be that picky. They did let this truck in and it definitely isn't billetproof now is it.

I made the trip last year and the turnout was so bad they stopped charging admission. I was contacted by the person putting on the show and he apologized for the event and said he would send me a t-shirt and free p*** for this years show. I'm still waiting.......

Cool show, awesome fairgrounds. I got to see all my friends. Got to see Junior Brown sit down and play a few songs. I had a great time. More people doesn't mean more fun.

if you came on Sunday, you are right, we didnt charge admission... The show wasnt big enough for a two day show. Lesson learned.

PM your contact info and I'll take care of you.

yes we are that picky. This truck was a vendors build truck.
300 cars aint really a ****ty turn out, but to each their own.

Some people bring a good time with them, and some bring a bad time with them... its kinda up to the person to determine whether or not they are going to have fun. All I can do is set the stage, make sure everything is in place and there are no hindrances to slow down those having a good time... the other people I cant help tooooo much.

    top line entertainment
    cackle fest
    burnout contest
    pre-party at A.S.S.
    couple of hundred hot rods
    cold beer

and some people still figured out a way to not have fun. Go Figure.

I always find it amusing that some people LOVE a show because its smaller than the "mega-shows" and some hate it. Glad you liked it Cougar. We'll see you there!!! :)

So with 300 cars that showed up you pick a truck out of a vendors booth with big *** billet wheels to put in your gallery on your website. Seems to me with so many cars there you wouldnt of had to take a pic of a truck with the one thing you are suppose to be against. But your right to each his own.

lighten up :D.... its a picture of a truck... its not a social commentary, or a statement of purpose, or any indication of how many cars were there... its just a picture. It was part of the booth of one of the vendors at the show, its a truck they built, and built very well.

I took the picture, I like 4-5-6 Chevy Trucks... so I took a picture of it.. nothing more. No conspiracy theory, no deeper meaning.

Sorry the truck offended, or if it kept you from having a good time at the show, that wasnt the intention of it. It was there to showcase the talent of the company that built it. No more, no less.

Like I said, some people will look at a hot rod show with 300 cars and say its a ****ty turn out and be pissed off about it, some will look at it and say its way better than those big car shows with 1000+ cars. To each their own. There is fun to be had at both types of shows.

Weird. I've never been to Billet proof but here is a pic of my car? Was this a pre-show party at the speed shop? I do remember that blue van.
