I thought I had my paint scheme down in concrete. It was gonna be satin black with red scallops. I have 2 junk fiberglass fenders and I wanted to check out the Satin black. I also grab some bright red. I guess everyone can figure out what happened.. I did 1 fender in satin and 1 in red. Please dont look of the quality of work, I had a bad paint interaction on the Red fender.(stupid me) And the satin 1 was taped with 2" tape. I promise the real paint job will look better. So I guess I need opinions .. Satin Black car with red scallops? or Red with Black scallops? I know its kinda hard making a decision based on just a fender. Btw this is going on a 62 ChevyII moordoor with skirts & Lakepipes. Might make it a taildragger too
RED with Black - I might try Red with Off White butter nut to get away from the black and red RAT ROD bs.
light Red on Black with dark Red and light black Camouflage with mudder tires on the NASCAR style black wheels with red stripes, on sale at Pep Boys for $49.95.
Sounds like the best suggestion outta all of them. (Although Ian's "Duane Peters Special" was pretty entertaining!) Why not post a pic of the car and see if somebody will kind enough to photoshop some alternate color combos for you? Just a thought.
