    Dennis,

I know its too late for this year, but why couldn't the PRC require something from participants? I never mind helping out when at a function, and this would be no exception. I'm sure most guys feel the same.

I know the planning and such would really be the club, but the weekend of the event could be helped along by others with a genuine interest in the event who don't have a car to drive in it. I'll volunteer now for the 2012 run!

I was lucky enough to participate in the run two years in a row in the roadster that Limey Steve (lime Works) built for me. Mine was the maroon one, Steves is the bare metal one (it is blue now).

It sounds like it will be back.

Maybe that Little Nailhead at Luke's will power your own roadster for the next huh Piero? Then you can hand me the camera as I take shotgun and do some filming for ya!

Ah yes Luthers! Yeah that would be pretty cool. I think the PRC could benefit from some Live Wire 2 S*** ya know? All that shiny stuff you put on your cars might be distracting to the drivers though....don't want to cause a wreck!

Sad news indeed. Another "legend" hits the dust, hopefully it's just because of the situation caused by the weather and it'll be back next year.

I used to live in Pasadena (on El Molino, just off Colorado Blvd.) when I was going to college there. ALWAYS cool rides on the streets in those days, and the PRC was very much a part of the scene.

Awesome, good to hear from you Dennis, I'm glad everything is alright and hopefully with p***ing on this year will make it that much more special next year. I was super bummed to hear the news, but I know its in good hands. See ya at #12!!

Dennis and all the Pasadena Club membership have devoted an incredible amount of time and energy to these past six years runs. I was very fortunate to participate in the last three and it is without question the premier vintage roadster event of the year. We all look forward to next years invitation envelope and a another great day roadster run in SO Cal. Thank you to all the Pasadena Roadster Club Members for staging this wonderful event. Does anyone know if there is an equivalent to the PRC Reliability Run in the southeast? Or... anyone interested in organizing one for 2011?

Damn, I just found this thread. I wondered why I hadn't received my usual invitation to the run.

I've missed the last three PRC runs because they conflicted with Dragfest. It was always a tough decision, but I really like to race.

I was bummed that Dragfest was canccelled this year, but I was stoked because there was no conflict with the PRC deal. Now I find this.

    Rats!
