With as much time as i've been spending reading tech tips and looking at one of the best collections of hot-rod pics & history around, i figured i would create a profile and participate. I reside in the Everett, Washington area and have a 1935 International Pickup that I built. It's a work-in-progress (but also a driver as i've put around 5500 miles on it in the past couple years).

Next projects for the truck include finishing the chop, extending the rear frame-rails, and swapping out the bed-tailgate filler i made when i first built the truck with the original tail-gate.

Welcome from Ky. Just don't call your truck a rat rod and you will be ok.

    thanks....and fair-enough. I don't consider my truck a rat-rod anyways. It's a hot rod work-in-progress. I do intend to paint it once i'm done with all of the fabrication & metal-work.

  9. It can still be a Hot Rod without paint.
Many in the 50's never got painted.
    Looks cool as is.
