thanks for the thoughts and prayers guys!!! i'm over here working as a contractor as my national guard unit does not deploy, and i wanted to do my part...(and the coin aint bad either!) i train soldiers on classified equipment, and im looking forward to getting out and working with the boots on the ground! i'll be all over the northern part of the country as my hub is here in bagram. ill pm you guys that are here and hopefully we can get together for an Afgani-hamb photo op!!

oh man, i've already got some great pics of some killer jingle trucks!!! i'm totally impressed by the work those guys put into those things!!

Stay safe. My son just returned after 12 months in that shithole on FOB Joyce chosen few 2 pl. He is in Italy currently and will be sent to Texas in a couple of months and stationed at Ft. Bliss in El paso. You need any thing pm me and we will do as necessary. We have plenty of priority boxes on hand and ready to help out. God Bless!

 

Keep your head down. As a civilian contractor pilot I see Bagram five or six times a month, along with Kabul,Mazur Sharif and other garden spots. I get to leave though. Thanks for your service.
