Hi, my name is Mike. I am picking up my first "traditional" hotrod tomorrow. The owner says that it's a 51 Dodge but the cab is definately not a 51 (maybe a 56). It's got a 350, mild cam and the body and frame are clean.

I enjoy building most things. I just can't seem to leave well enough alone :). I have built a few Jeeps for off-road and a few new cars for track performance. This will be my first rodding experience. I look forward to learning some tricks and picking up on some styling.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I'll post up some pics when I bring the truck home tomorrow.

So here is what I am starting with. It is a 1955 with a small back window and the optional tall bed. It's got a 350 and 700r4. Brake pedal drops right to the floor now. That seems to be the only thing keeping it off the street.

Welcome from the Lakes Region, NH.

I'm still on the lookout for a ride, but love seeing what others are working with.

Welcome - from the short seacoast of NH - That's a beauty of a truck you have - can't wait to see it at a show.
