Found this today. Have any clues about this? I don't think its Ford! I know most of the time if its not Ford its Dodge I did find a 1952 Ford Coupe, 1956 Ford 2Dr hardtop, 1956 Buick 4Dr.
I'm thinking that is a rare photo of an Arkansas parts scrounger, also known as hot rodder .... Wonder what kind of tin he's holding up ? Looks like hot rod material to this smart*** Dale Cleveland, OH
Yep !,... 1967 ,... But I don't think it's a fastback,... you can see trim for the quarter window,.. & no sail panel vents,.. I think the picture got chopped off before the rear window,.. And I would bet it's a coupe.
The Mustang looks like the roof panel was cut out of it. They used that panel to fill the top insert on early Fords. It had the right compound curves. Must have been a hotrodder.
I really did not look at it too hard! ITS TO NEW FOR ME! But it does have the roof Panel cut out, No doors, no hood its really junk! All this RUSTY GOLD is on my cousin's land not to far away. Cousin said that there was a lot of JUNK there so they got a bulldozer made a hole and pushed alot of it in. Cousin is over 80 years old.
Try this photo! I was thinking it was a sedan, But after looking in my books I think its a coupe, Let me know what you think it is!
If that cowl is Mopar, check the right door post - the serial tag is probably gone but look for two small holes about 3" apart vertically on it, that will at least point you in the right direction. Ship all of those things up here, they're in great shape compared to a lot of the stuff I find - the last '56 Ford we brought in was buckled in the middle where the frame rotted out.
It is the front section of a 1931 9 p***enger HENWAY Limousine. VERY RARE AND HIGHLY COLLECTABLE. Good luck.
Here is a photo of a 54 coupe I used to own.You can see how the roof is shorter and the trunk is longer.
