Can't seem to persuade jM to bring his car out between Oct & May. We've all tried for the last few years.

I think it's stored in his living room.

  4. We decided not to go..
was going to enter the "bullet " dragster as found.but instead will enter it in London Ontario show in late March.

  5. I wanted to, but the wife said it wasn't "baby-friendly".

I'll admit, I have road salt phobia. It's just not worth all of the anxiety. Perhaps I need professional help....or an enclosed trailer, neither of which I can afford. :(

See you all at Billetproof in May though! :D

  6. I just found out that the Ghost Rider will be on the main floor facing the GM display. I hope this doesn't make me an outcast ? We can still be friends, right? ;)

Both in 2008 and 2010 I drove Big Olds from Livonia to Cobo for the Autorama. Does he look any worse for the drive? In '08 it was two tracks down the center of I96 in a snowstorm. Don't be a wuzzie. :p

I am driving the 52 from Northern Wisconsin, 2 years ago a bunch drove their customs from Colorado in a Blizzard, 3 years ago Fink'd and the Kansas crew drove to Cobo.

It's only and old car and there is a product called SALTAWAY, I will use it when I get back from Cobo just as I do when I get back from my annual trip to the Salt Flats.

    Bring it on in!!!!!

I plan to drive in from Lansing. Road salt just adds to the natural patina...

  16. Looks like I'll be heading down on Friday with a few others, (some HAMBers, some not), and a strong possibility of staying over.

Went to Dennis' place last night to pay for our spots. We looked over the layout & I got to peek @ some of the 180 registrations on his dining table. HOLY SH*T! The caliber of cars, trucks, & bike @ this year's show is unFkN'believable!

Hurry up & get your registrations in
for your rods, spots are filling up quickly.

BTW- Roadstar & Dennis kept a "club" area open for us HAMBers to display together if you put HAMB on your registration form. There are still a few slots open for us to use & we need to fill them all.

    Seeya there!

    Just sent in my paperwork..

Was lucky enough to get a booth to showcase and hustle some artwork, t-shirts etc. So I figure I'd give a break to my HAMB brethren, and since I dig coupons like an old lady digs...coupons, I'd make one for anyone on here, thats goin there!

Anway, if you are so inclined, print it out, bring it with, and save some dough if ya dig any of my stuff! :)

Love the coupon Idea, Chris! And a swell looking coupon it is, I might add! I'm too damned busy to make a coupon, HAMB members can buy 1 print from me for $20 or 2 for $30

The crew will be there to represent Syracuse NY rodders . Introduced my self to Chip Foose at SEMA and said I would talk to him at breakfast in Detroit . So there is something to look forward to. Also hope to see Gene Winfield again as we hosted a seminar at the shop last July (Syr Nats). Made it last year after digging out for four hours -heavy snow storm thursday night. Don't want to do that again . See Ya All There .
