I'm in the Santa Cruz area (Boulder Creek), $1.50 per louver with the hood stripped.

Try Blue Collar Kustoms in Sac or Matt Seret in Vallejo.

Hey just saw this post. I am finishing my louver press this week. Punched some the other night. I can do the old school 2 1/2" round ones now and will be able to do the more modern style in the next few days just waiting on my dies to show up from Mitler brothers.

Take a look at eddieschopshop.com for contact info. I am in Orangevale.

    thanks Ed

Thanks for the compliment. I have been doing a lot of louvers. I have 3 different styles including a one off type I designed for my own car. I didn't expect it to be real popular with everyone but I have done quit a few of them.

I don't price per louver like most, I just do it by the hour and however long it takes. It usually works out to be alot cheaper than what others are quoting from what I am being told.
