Hey guys, im shaving the decklid on the 50. Does anyone have a kit that you can use a cable release with instead of an electric remote. I see that Lokar has a kit, but its billet and im not a big fan of it, i just want something simple, like a choke cable or something. thanks

Or the gas door release cable off a Dodge Grand Caravan But we used to use extra long choke cables and ^^odify the latch to work with it.

on the 47 i built for a guy we used a latch from bearjaw the smaller one and ran a cable along the floor of the trunck and out the fuel door. real simple cheap too
whatever you use make sure you use a sleeved cable it will keep it from binding
