    Hey guys,

I'm putting together an e-mail list to remind people about the NE Georgia Swap Meet on the first Saturday of every month.

If you guys would like to be added to the list to receive a monthly notification, please send me an email at brad56@windstream.net.

The first show of the season is March 5-6 at Lanier National Speedway in Braselton.

    Thanks,

    -Brad

I will try to make it. The track is only about 30 miles from me. Any admission charge?

Just $3 for spectator entry, and spaces are only $20 for as much space as you need.

First Saturday of every month, March thru November.
Vendor set-up 7am, gates open to the public at 8:30, and it wraps up between 2-3pm.

The March show is two days, March 5-6.

If anyone else would like to be added to the reminder list, let me know.

    Bump for the weekend.
So far I've got over 170 people who asked to be put on the list! (Not all HAMBers, obviously, but guys from other car and tool forums)

If you'd like to be added to the monthly reminder e-mail list, shoot me a note at: brad56@windstream.net

$20 per space, and the spaces are as big as you want.

    Yeah, it will be.
Boy Wonder gets his driver's license in July, and he's hell-bent on taking his test in the g***er the day he turns 16.
I've explained that the instructor will fail him before they'll climb over the full cage and deal with the racing harness, and he said "that's okay." He just wants to say he drove the g***er to the DMV to take his driving test.

I'm heading to Lamar's shop this week to tear down a 425 Nailhead, and pull the heads off the g***er mill so I can have the valves re-done (bent a few on the dyno pulls), and give it the once-over before dropping it in the frame.

I've got an editorial deadline for the interior, too, so those are the last two really big hurdles.

Hell, thinking about it, Suzi will drive her Corvair wagon, I'll drive the g***er, and Boy Wonder can drive the Suburban with all the gear in it! Three long-roofs going down the road would look kinda cool.
