What i did at last weekend(trip to Hills race in Italy)

Me and friends of mine planned this trip few months and finally at last weekend we did it.So,the plan was book cheap flight tickets to Milan,Italy.Rent a car and take ride to the Rivanazzano Airport,near Milan.There was an event called Hills race.Drag racing with US made cars,Harley-Davidson's,hot rods,kustoms,air cooled VW's..
I guess this may sound a bit stupid idea to travel to Italy only for few days,but i think it was totally worth it.There was camping area and friend of mine,Romano from Rumblers C.C. Milan, borrowed two tents from his friend for us.So,big thank you mate and to your friends!

Well this thing is about all i need to kick myself into high gear this winter!!! Holy **** this thing is awesome!!!!!

 

I was in Italy for 5 months during school and I don't think I saw one American car the entire time. I can't imagine driving a 1958 Chevy through Florence...although that would rule! Thanks for the pics.

Wheres this guy's head???

This 34 was built from a sedan in lets say "bare" shape!
I know cause the sedan was given to the guy who built it by a friend of mine.

Guy and Gals, if before you die you have to visit one place, make sure Italy is it. I have tons of pictures but here's a few.. If you're in the doghouse with the old lady, you ont be for years after one trip to Italy..

 

I agree with you H Rod 50. We've been there twice and are going again this summer. It seems like the more of Italy I see, the more I want to see. Where is that picture with the boats in the water? I GOTTA get there!
