49' chevy truck help

i did try to search first, not sure what words to plug in....

i have a new to me hood emblem (orginal front) with no hardware..

my truck had the holes but no emblem..

does anyone know of a supplier that sells them or a trick to reinstall another orginal emblem that did not have the orginal hardware..

Well, that tells you how long it's been since I put one on a hood. It takes a *achine screw that i probably 1/2 inch long. Don't get the* too long or they will dent the piece.

I think the new keyboard is stuck in a snow stor* in the *idwest.
