Carpet in an international pickup

Who here has put carpet in an early/mid 60's international pickup truck and where did you get it from? How did it fit? What adjustments needed to be made and how much did you pay for it?

I have found around five places selling kits for my truck on Ebay ranging from $100 to $200.

 

Bump - any International truck guys with carpet out there?
