I just checked and I have a very bald L78-15 on the right rear (Thanks Billetproof Drags!!) Can't drive across the state and back on threads.

$302 for a pair of new ones and there's no guarantee thney will get here on time... About the same to buy a set of 4 cheap radials, and my car will look like a blue taxi cab... gotta figure out something...

I'm putting a cruize together from the edge of Tampa to Sanford for this Saturday morning. Gonna meet at the Flying J truck stop via I-4, exit 10. Should be pullin' outa there around 8:30ish... I'll get more specific on the time mid week. And YES, we will most likely be taking the big scaaaaary interstate! So if that's a problem, save your yappin' for someone who gives a fuck, and we'll see ya there with a smile. Cheers!

Hey guys and gals, open invite to anyone who wants to caravan with us. We will be leaving the Flying J truck stop off of I-4 exit 10 at 8:30 am. We will take I-4 as far as possible. Some of us may start arriving they around 8ish. If ya can't make the cruise, hope to see ya in Sanford for the gig. Looking foward to seeing everyone and having a great time. Made it down to Florida yesterday- the girlfriend and I are both sick as dogs with a cold now. Hopefully we'll feel good enough to get there on Saturday. Sounds like its gonna be a great show.

The Gala was great. Cruised over with some of the F-Bombs and met some nice folks at the show. There were a LOT of interesting cars and the venue was perfect, but they needed a few more waiters and cooks. Here are some pix. Gary

Man, what a great show, I was really surprised at the turn out. Our boys worked really hard.

Big Thanks to all of you, whom came out to the 11th annual Groundhog Gala car show. Stoked at all of the people who did the long haul, You Rock!! Supposedly had a couple dudes all the way from PA. From all accounts, seemed like a big success. Most everyone had a great time. Special thanks to my fellow Misfires club members, Hot Rod Walt and Giddy Up Go, DJ Nate, Ms. Daisy Day and Jessica, Brian (El Dawg), Paragon Customs, Fairvilla, Route 46, Enemy Ink and all the vendors. Also, wanted to send a "shout out" to Tylerdurben (Yaril) for showing up, direct from Cally and the GNRS, with his killer carson topped shoebox. Big Surprise!!

Was actually blown away at the wide variety of cars and trucks that rolled in. Did not expect quite that many.(around 200 final count) Saw allot of fresh faces/ sheet metal. Seems like the build quality and craftsmanship bar is on the rise. More shiny paint, chrome and attention to detail than past years. Also cool that a few guys brought out their "in progress projects". It gave allot of spectators a chance to see what really goes into building a Hot Rod.

Great time, great show. Loved the venue, I hope you have it there next year. It sure beat shoveling snow at home.
