The hot rod world is a great community, I love this site, my involvement in car shows, and hanging with my buds working on cars. I voted for Luke and I gave the thread 5 stars because I felt it was a great cause, because if this was my child, brother, or friend I would do the same as the original poster. For people to vote the thread down is beyond me. I get it, its off topic by a long shot, but step up vote and keep it going it's for a good cause and an American could use your support.

Yea I had a coupe beers but it just throttled me to see less than 5 stars. If you don't like it move on but to be such an ass to vote it down id beyond me. If I had a middle figure pic I would post it Mr. thread voter down guy.

Zapato, first off, sorry for your loss. I lost my mom after a 2 year battle with leukemia about a year and a half ago. She was only 59. I would just like to say to everyone here, consider a donation to the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, take part in the Light the Night walk in the fall, sign up to be a bone marrow donor. Leukemia isn't one of the "popular" cancers like breast or prostate... it just doesn't get the same support. A bone marrow donor gave my mom almost 2 more years than she would have had without, and we are very thankful for that.

  14. What a honor for Luke's family,,I am extremely happy with the outcome.:)

    On a side note,,

I can't begin to understand how some people don't have any compassion, even though it is a off topic subject we all could help by clicking a button, especially when it comes to children. HRP

Awesome! I voted for Luke, and honestly I was pretty proud of the fact I did! I think its a great way to immortalize this little boy. I have lost alot of family members to cancer, to the point I have to sit down and think about to get a number. That said, I don't know what I would do if my little girl (she is 7) was diagnosed with something like this. Scares me just thinking about it.
