Cadillac body blocks?

I'm trying to help a friend with a -69 Cadillac De Ville Cab. He needs the 14 2-3/4 body rubber blocks, between ch***is and the body, so he can put the body back on the frame.
Are there any vendor selling them? Links?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Or try Kanter. There is one more catalog I've got, but I cant remember the name of it, and I'm not home to look

 

opg has body bushings, i dont know if the list them for 69.

 

GMobsolete lists them for the 1970 Coupe item BMK6570 - whole kit is $311.85.
Though he'll need two additional bushings for the convertible. He should call them @ 888-567-8081. Even if he can't get the two additional mounts from them he could probably find a suitable subs***ute at energy suspension. They have some universal body mounts that he could probably use. Call them if they don't have it online, the guys there might know where to look or can make them if neccesary.

What a job! No match so far. Tried all your suggestions and several others.
I try with some better pictures. Maybe someone says Yeah..right.. call **x or write www..
Some says he can't use the coupes and other suggest use a universal. IF the original exists somewhere i would like to tell my friend that i have found them for him.

Yes..!! Usapartsupply has them..or.. at least for Chevy Impala and my friend has to open up the holes slightly. Thanks all!!
