I have a friend that just lost her husband. Now she is looking to sell 2 Willys firestrucks that he had. You really can't go to a classic car appraiser. So who?

Was he in any clubs or organizations, any buddies that were into that, rarely does a guy build a fire truck or anything sans knowledge base. Maybe look into his computer history for a fire truck site he visited.

I also need to really find out what year, condition and such they're in. PC history might help. Thanks. Didn't think of that.

There are several Fire Museums across the States and Canada that may be able to help with your problem. Contact someone from your local department or find a retired firefighter group close by.

Contact Fire Apparatus Journal. They can put you in touch with the correct people.
