1956 Cadillac

Hello everyone. My name is Jason and I recently bought a 56 Caddy sedan deville. I have never owned anything this old and need some advice and parts. I would like to convert the front over to disc brakes. Anyone know of a good way to do this, preferably with factory parts? I am also looking for the p*** side chrome trim and some of the p*** side bottom window trim. Any help or information will be greatly appreciated.
