sooo, looks like this has been going on for a long time-what has taken you so long to track him down? there is a tleast one post by someone that had him do work on his car, have you contacted Jarzenhotrods ? Looks like his "business" address is a residence-Curlew Dr.
likely his home, or parents-have you sent him a registered letter or anything to verify his residence? was this a deal that originated here? if so, have you contacted Ryan?

 

He has contacted me. Jessie did do work on my car. This has nothing to do with me.
