Seems down here things rust away in just a few years. Not at all like what I delt with growing up. Old cars are difficult to find and difficult to keep rolling. Take our Model A (mostly stock) Ive torn the body off repainted her then 5 years later was patching rust holes large enough to put a fist thru. My background is primarily Model T Speedsters although all I have right now is a pile of parts that I have slowling been collecting to build something worthy. Current projects include our daily driver (1979 Ford F250) and a current (try not to throw up) VW powered mercedes replica which I hope to make much more worthy and more sutible for life on an island.

Thanks for the welcome everybody, I supose I should of mentioned that I do casting of bronze and build functional reproduction flintlocks for fun as well. Of course having the ability to cast does have its advantages and yes I have thought about say casting and building winfield carbs.
