1947 Chevy 216 Block W/Two serial #'s ???

    Question from a Newbe !... My '47 Fleetmaster 216 engine block has a second serial # stamped below and overlapping the original . What the hay? First # starts out EAA ,( 1947 Flint...) Second #, starts out FA and is smaller and shorter. Both appear to be Factory type Font..Any Ideas Folks ????Thanks !!!:confused:
