I'm a new shop owner in Charleston, SC and finally got around to my first post. I registered six months ago and have been reading for longer than that, there are definitely some very knowledgeable people over here. I'm 23 and have an associates in Automotive Technologies. I have always loved vintage kustoms and rods and have recently started an automotive shop (mainly new) that I have been steering more towards custom work and general classic automobile repair as I have built a customer base as well as picked up the necessary body skills.

The 1960 Buick is a righteous body to start into customizing with.
Already halfway there from the factory.

    Welcome aboard from Maryland!

    Thanks for the welcome fellas.

I have my work cut out for me with my Buick, I got it when I was 16 sight unseen and it needs a good deal of body work. I'm at the point of figuring out what would have been period correct and what would just look tacky.
