Nice! A '36 Ford pickup was one of the first hot rods I had a hand in building. They've always been a favorite of mine. Yours is looking good so far. Best of luck with it.

    that's a 35 cab
here's my 36, see how the A pillars are smoothed in to the cowl, and your 35s are not.
that's the difference in the cab, there's difference in the hood and the grill also.

nice truck, its definitely a 35 cab.
look at differences in the A pillars.
    frames are the same.
google it , 35 ford pick up, 36 ford pick up. look at the A pillars.
    or go the ford barn.
the grill the hood and the cab are all a match, the beds and the frames are the same.
you do have 36 wheels on it tho, there called wide 5s, 35 wheels where the last year for spokes.
    looks like you got a 36 pickup ch***is with a 35 cab.

Please keep the updates coming. I am collecting parts for my 35 build, and I hope to start it at the end of the year. It will also have a efi 5.0, but will have an automatic and a 9". It will be a driver for the wife.

It could be a 36, Ford didn't discard any left over parts, 35 or 36 parts will interchange, some people like 35's some 36's I prefer the look of the thiner 35 grille and the V8 emblem in the center of the hood..........have fun.

  18. I NEVER bash a another mans project and NOT doing so now, so dont take this wrong. Is it just the picture angle, 'cause I'm a little concerned about room for a gas pedal. Nice project and much easier to fix now if its going to be a problem. TR
