Projects Update on my Dads 32 roadster project

Discussion in 'The Hokey Ass Message Board' started by Chris, Feb 13, 2011.

  1. My Dad's been pluggin away at his 32 project over the winter. He's trying to get the ride height were he wants it. He has an engine dumped in it and is trying to get everything mocked up. I pushed it outside and snapped a couple pics. He's gonna chop the windshield down a bit and run a top. Pretty basic car, but my Dad's first HOT ROD :D

Nice! What are the plans out back? Adding frame horns and fuel tank? Or?

  19. Yeah, the rear horns are gone but he has a nice set to put back on. Stock gas tank as well.

  22. Strange how cool that car looks with just the fenders & hood missing... proof (IMHO)that an original car is often closer to "cool" than a lot of heavily modified hot rods

    I love it.

Blast from the past. Any updates?

  27. The car is all torn apart, frame repaired and about ready for paint. He's collected a ton of stuff for it, just needs to find the time to finish it!
