    Anyone remember a 1958 Edsel 2door hardtop running a 427 Side Oiler in california in the 70s?

    I remember one named "Edseleration", seems like it ran high 10's, think it was red?

    Bump!

    It was supoced to be one of the fstest cars i CA.
    Had dual carbs and 4speed.

    Trying to find some info on a 58 Edsel with 427 side oiler who race in CA inthe 70s.
    Putting in all the info i know.

    This is all i got.
    Hope to get some info aboute this car.
    Cant be that common with a 58 Edsel who got a 427.

    Dont know if this cas is int the same shape that it was in the 70s but judging bu the interior it looks that way.

    Dig it. Wish I had that kinda money... I'm limping through building a mild FE street motor (or engine).

    I heard of this car (Edseleration) for sale about five or six years ago. If memory serves me correctly it had a straight front axle and was in Texas. I lost track of it and haven't been able to find it since. It may not be the same car, but shares the same name.

    It must be the same car that now lives in my hometown her in sweden. It was primer red when it arrived in the mid 80's. Now its redmetallic and silver. Got pics with the old ca-plate somewhere. Could post them here if u want??

    The owner got a bad stroke around 2010 or 2011. Dont know how he is today. And dont know where the car is. Sorry about that
