Reminds me of an old American LaFrance Fire Truck cab.

Im sure no fan of VWs, but i like this. Looks like its factory chopped.

 

They really are a CLASSIC american design. Right up there with the DC-3, IMO.

anyone else spot those long tubes for the taillights on that thing? There has GOT to be a hot rod application there somewhere. Although I guess running down to the TEMPO dealer for a pair might create a slight problem.
