I've just gotta say that the people I have talked and messaged through the HAMB, are probably some of the coolest, most helpful and nicest people I have met. This site is the best!
I tried selling my '40 Tudor DeLuxe elsewhere and didn't even get a nibble. Posted an add here and had REAL people contact me with REAL offers. Traded it to a local HAMBer for his project and besides both of us getting what we wanted, I made a bunch of new friends. This place is addicting... P.S. I also dodged a scammer who was trying to steal a car I had advertised elsewhere, thanx to advice from my new friends. can't thank y'all enough.
yep, the hamb is full of good ones. i think the hobby lends itself to this type of experience though. most of everyone i've ever met in the car world, excluding the scammers and "fast cash" types, IE-actual hot rodders, are some of the coolest and nicest people around. that's why this hobby is so rad.

Yes it is, hang around a while, people on here become part of the "HAMB Family". Wait until "PovertyFlats" invites us all to another "Virtual Dinner".
I have personally enjoyed every informing moment and piece of information. I have stored it (hopefully recallable) in my pea sized brain. Love this site!

yes this site has been helpfull to me. im apreaciative of it and what ryan does. a huge percentage of folks on here are awesome,speacialy the ones that dont think they know everything.

I hate this place. It takes up to much of my time, I cant remember cool stuff, cause i look at more than my brain can process, I have so many subscribbed threads, i dont know what ive got, Ive met that many cool hambers and cant keep up with em all, It makes me long for all the cool stuff i cant afford. Aw, screw it, who am i kidding, this is the best site on the planet!
