Hello all, Some folks responding to this new guys first post asked for some pic's of the girls so I must present the ladies! The blue and white lady is new to the family and much loved, only regret is I didn't build her and that makes me uneasy for a few reasons. First of all whats lurking under this pretty face? have not found any rust but... who knows, the story of ol' betsy is pretty amazing and will be posted on request, hate to bore anybody, but the history is traced back to 1956 day of sale, as far as I know. The black fifty 2 has been with me for 18 years and I still ask myself, why isn't she done? Iam the second registered owner and spent an additional 50 bucks convincing the original owner it wasn't in her garage. She sold it 25 years prior to our meeting. Runs amazing with 98k on her tab, was really hoping to see 100k but the odometer stopped last week @98699, rolling 3 digits over did her in. Enjoy Shiftytwo PanDraggers Customs P.S. as you can see the J2 intake was thrown in at no charge!!!!
i've had the pleasure of seeing the blue and white one in person and i must say, it's a real beauty. all it needs is to be driven. thanks for posting the pics up dude.
All of Toby's ladies are fine. Recently rode around St hELLen's looking for old tin. Then dropped back to the Spookhouse for some beers and bench racing.
Thanks fella's, I posted astory on the blue gal in a quick response so it's out there, still a novice, hope some got to read it, Happy Motoring! Shiftytwo PanDraggers Customs
