you're tellin me! So does the hudson though. That is a 40's car. It can't go without them.

Workin on the hood right now. Had a few real bad dings in it and rather than chase it all around the hood and work harden the hell out of it, I chose to cut the **** out and replace it. Waiting for welds to cool sux.

so. The hood fell off of the table after I left the room. That ****ed. Screwed up everything I had just fixed. Now I need to get another one and redo all of the custom work I had done to it. The problem is, I am out of money and christmas is comin soon so she has to go! Check the cl***ifieds!

Now for some progress. I HATE wet sanding some times. When you get a piece of grit stuck in the wrong place and it gouges the **** out of your clear? Yeah. That is what I hate. So I spent the whole day trying to get the roof right. She is almost there now. A few more small scratchs and she will be there. Well, the roof anyway!

Damn! Do you have an identical quarter shot of the car as it is now? I think people would **** a brick if they saw a before and after like that. And you're right Shannon, if I hadn't followed the build I'd find it hard to believe it was the same car. Talk about making beauty out of a beast!

I am trying to get one now. The first few pix of the post have an OK shot of the quarter damage, but I am looking for a better shot. And thanks btw.
