Add it to the list: Who needs dash lights anyway

ok so im driving back to school tonight and my dash lights decide to die thats cool i guess but anyway i have my money on the probloem being the headlight switch but i want some input

heres the deal i have headlights parking lights and high beams, but i dont have any dash lights and my dome light is gone too wat are your thoughts

add this to the list i have no tailights either brake lights and signals are fine tho

there should be a fuse attached to the light switch.

 

Your fuse box is your headlight switch. I have a surplus of glass fuses now that I'm using a modern fuse panel for the '57. If you don't fix it by the time you get home nect, stop by and we'll take care of it. Or just try to find a parts store by your school, which is in the middle of nowhere.

And for those that weren't aware of it, the manufacturers were smart enough to tie your dash lights into your taillights so you would know when your taillights went out.
