Yeah, I'm the new guy, actually I'm the old guy (65 years young) but new to the site...Long story short I'm an old hot rodder (I guess now street rodder to be politically correct, whatever that is) that likes gassers in particular...Did a little racing back in the sixties, Gasser & Modified Production...I've had a lot of cars over the years including a couple of Anglias & 6 different Willys...I know ,about now you are thinking "BLAH, BLAH, BLAH!!" I sorta go by "the wheelguy" because when I was young I developed a fetish for ALUMINUM & MAGNESIUM and became aluminum poor by hoarding the stuff, so then I started selling off some of the parts and over the years(still poor) I've probably sold a few hundred wheels out of the basement..Maybe someone reading this (if you haven't all ready deleted me) bought some of them (if so, "THANKS") I currently have a 41 Willys coupe (ex gasser) that I acquired from Gary Anderson's (SOFFSEAL) estate...Pretty good old car but was "layin a little low" in the front for my taste so now it up "in the air", also got a motor change to make it a little more street friendly (pump gas!!), of course a wheel change(don't know if that was an improvement) RARE CRESTLINES!! and just bought a new Richmond 5 speed overdrive (so I'll soon be selling a real good Muncie 4 speed w/ chromed linkage) Well, I've rambled too much, remember I'm allmost 66 and probably absorbed too much aluminum & magnesium (and maybe beer) in my life.....It's good to be a "newbie" member and I hope to buy some parts I need & maybe even unload a few in the future...THANKS, Joe Chapman, aka "wheelguy" or Willys guy to some..Whew!! I'm tired!!!
