i have 2 inlines and a '53 flathead 8 availible for my F1 project. one of the 6's is ready to go, runs fine, fits the budget. anyone out there ever messed with one of these? are there headers or multi-carb manifolds availible. i think it's a cool motor and wouldn't mind using it.
It IS a cool motor. I have 2 226 flathead 6's. But, there are no aftermarket upgrades for them. That just makes it cooler in my opinion. Make your own!!!
i got a 50 coupe with a 226 flat 6 runs great.i've have had it for 3 years now,home made split ex. speed parts are hard to find, but i got an alm. head and a 2x1 and a3x1 intake,i had to pay but i got them. sorry not for sale
