30' ford steering

We have a 30' Ford sedan with the Speedway front drop axle kit and four link. This car absolutely does not turn!! Does anyone have suggestions on how I can modify the steering? Or do I need to change out the entire set-up?

Can I extend the pitman arm to better throw?

what steering box do you have? how is it set up? pictures would help

I will post pics tonight. I bought the car together....well barely! and have been reworking it since. I believe the box is a Speedway vega setup.
