It's time to buy tires for my Shoebox Ford.....I am going with a 15" smoothie wheel....the car is set up on air ride suspension and drops to the ground....I am looking for any advice on tire brands and sizes.....I know i want a Wide White Wall.....

What size should I put on it? (205's, 235's, etc.) I dont know much about tires and this is my first custom build....Thanks

If you can drop it that low, it might pay to see what kind of clearance you have when its dropped. It would be a shame to get some nice new tires mounted and find out they hit the fender wells or something else when you drop it. I think I'd do some investigation to see what will fit. If you are uncertain about how to get actual tire sizes, there are a lot of tires sites that have actual tire measurements on them which should help you. Hope this helps

6.70-15's are a very common size to run on shoebox fords...

Coker lists the overall diameter of every tire they sell on their website.
