I sanded a tailgate for my truck, mounted the fuelpump, and rolled a 4-wheeler on top of myself. Almost gave my wife a heart attack, dumbest thing I've done in awhile... Luckily I'm bruised up only, and won't make that mistake again.

After that, I needed to cool off time so I fixed the door latch for my truck.

Nothing at all! I had the "trots" Friday night so I didn't do squat Saturday plus I had a kids b-day party to go to. This weekend is supposed to be rainy so maybe I can go out in the garage and work on the truck with no distractions.

Saturday was same as Friday, wearing out shoe leather at Cobo looking at cars, cars, cars (and trucks). Then the bus ride back home with the gang at Rochester (NY) Street Rods only to find my truck wouldn't start. Had AAA flat-bed it home, and it lit up fine the next morning. Time to go shopping.

I used my Craigslist 1 HP Craftman drill press for the first time. Is was only on a stack of plexiglass, but it was nice to finally get some use out of it. Looking forward to putting some holes in metal.

Also fighting a cold, so between laying on the couch hacking up a lung, I got out side and shoveled up a five gallon bucket of dog poop from the yard that has been covered with snow for two months.

changed the gear lube in my junk yard rear end I have been driving with for a month. lucky for me it wasn't empty... prolly should have checked it when I put it in.

no drain plug on this rear, so I had to pull the pumpkin and replace the gasket too. what a pain in the ass, that pumpkin weighs 70 lbs.

  27. About 70 degrees here on Sat. ALMOST SPRINGTIME! Worked on hanging a few storm windows. Car wise, I fought a Holy 94. Trying to find enough parts to put a good one together that works. Opened up one of the oldies I have (from a '52 COE) and found ancient mud dobber nest with spider - that things going to the vat today....
