Aaron, I want to thank you for making Eli's and my day. We went up and met Jim Aust at the So Cal shop, saw El Vago and Moose at the striper's area (and Old Bob Sign but he was a ways away for me to yell so I'll yell "HEY LARRY!" now), renewed our R&C and Street Rodder subs, watched a Great 8 judging, and totally dug the Crown Imperial but the basement was still the best part.

Rudy, you've outdone yourself! The art alley is awesome. Great to meet NonStock finally and see the infamous VAN! Singlefinger, Poor Boys, Nightmares, Usual Suspects, and all the clubs. So many cars, trucks, rods, and rides. Viva la Basement!

Man, what a time I had yesterday. Major props to all that were participating in the show this year. The basement was buzzing. I spent all day down there and I am sure I didn't see it all.

Great Pics Aaron! If anyone is looking at this that has not made it, and has the ability to get there, DO SO! Your missing out....

Nope, That’s just the way I built it. You can scrape the rear or raise it up to a nice ride height.
Big thanks to the rest of the Road Devils for getting my A to the show even though I couldn’t make it this year!!

We just got home. Kudo's to Aaron for the thread, it was fun. I'm kinda glad the brake line popped on the truck now!

Thanks for sharing.... great pics. Did you cover up the leg tattoos or did she?

  21. Aaron, thanks again for the coverage. I never made it down there. I was down for the count all weekend with the flu. I'm not sure which was worse, the flu or missing the show. Looks like you guys had a good time.

Thanks you have a great eye. The other pictures that started upstairs made me remember why I quit going to indoor shows but your coverage brings me back.

Great shots Aaron! Not sure how people come down for one day and try to see it all. I went down Wednesday night stayed in the "D" till Sunday and still didn't see it all.
    Your Pics proved it.

  24. Tommy come to Detroit, I promise you will enjoy the "new" indoor carshow. Bring one of your hot rods and it will only be that much better.

    Rudy.

Sorry we missed you Megan, we didn't get down till late sunday..I wasn't exactly functional in the morning...
This was a great show, the basement rocked, there were only a few cars I shook my head too, but hey, those were the one's I saw Gene Winfield take pictures of, so what do I know.
Rudy, I'll thank YOU again, it was awesome, and the plaques we got are just too cool..I'm pretty sure I made out on the admission cost, not the other way around. We'll be back and I WANT THAT SPOT NEXT YEAR!!! :)

I don't know if Rudy should give you that spot again... ya gotta share the fun & you sure had your share of the cuties!

Thanks for posting the pics & keeping everybody up on the fun times here in Detroit. I hope it encourages more HAMBers to make the trip next year. You won't be disappointed!
