   I know there are differences in mouldings and parking lamps, but does anyone know if the fenders will physically bolt on to either car?

   Really doubt that they can be swapped. Dodge fenders are most likely a little longer. Those cars have different wheelbase and track dimensions (although they may look similar, Dodge bodies are a bit wider). None of the gl*** swaps either.
