Hot Rods building wheels

sup guys, need some help locating some manufatures, im looking to make my own set of steel wheels, 40's style Ford wheels. im looking to see where i can get some wheel shells, i know speed way has them but not in 16 inch and and also the weld in center portion of the wheel...any info helps. Diamond Racing Wheels has shells for 16" in 6", 7", and 8" widths. The only catch is the I.D is 13.5". That's too big for your Ford 16" centers. I've tried this same thing and haven't come up with shells that are compatible.

yeah i talked to wheelsmith and they wont sell me that i need...sux

i did, but not much info on the manufactures, i did check on the info given.

 

ok, we know where to get wheel shells, now who knows where to get wheel centers?

Just what do you want to end up with?

 

You will have to remove the centers from some stock i6's and fit them in some wider rings.

 

I have some 16" 40's Ford centers.
