I have this light its has "Rosco" on the side made by the A.W. Rosen & CO. N.Y.C. Its not very big 2.25 inches tall. Anyone know what this may hav been used on. I am thinking a marker light for a motorcycle side car.

I have a pair like yours also they are in worse shape, the ones i got came off a 37 Chevy they were mounted on the under side of the head lights used as signals. I know they were added on the car was owned by my mother-inlaw.

I've got a pair of those. Far as I know they were just some JC Whitney accessory piece I imagine. I see them show up on ebay from time to time.

I don't like to repeat unsubstantiated claims but one of the old vendors from many years ago told me that they were parking lights. it was mounted on top of the front fender and lit up when it was parked temporarily at the curb in the city. Who knows if it was true. There were several designs. I collected a few to use as turn signals but I never did use them. I'm not sure where they are now.
